 Sandy Bowers Sandy Bowers has over 25 years experience in the Beauty Industry. She obtained formal qualifications in the United Kingdom, owning her first Hair & Beauty Salon at the age of 21. After her introduction to Permanent Make-Up / Cosmetic Tattoo over a decade ago, Sandy has worked towards the attainment of excellence in this field.
Sandy has furthered her own education in Cosmetic Tattoo, by attending many Advanced Seminars, both in Australia and overseas. She has trained under some of the world’s most highly regarded practitioners.
Her commitment to the industry is well known, and in April 2001 she was invited to present at the World Cosmoprof Beauty Expo in Bologna, Italy. Sandy presented Italy’s first two day conference in Advanced Cosmetic Tattoo Procedures to over 70 attendants.
Since then her reputation has spread to Asia, and Sandy is now demonstrating her teaching skills to students travelling from Korea to attend Advanced Courses in Australia.
